 FJX Axial Flow Evaporation Circulating Pump

FJX series forced circulation pump is brand new product which is developed on the base of the similar product in domestic. This pump has excellent hydraulic performance, max efficiency is excess 80%, high efficient area is broad, and with lower NPSH requirement. This pump’s structure is cantilever type, which can be divided into vertical and horizontal. This pump range covers food deep process industry such as alcohol, lactate, waste acid,

concentrated alkaline, etc.

Wetted parts material:

Pump body, impeller, cover, seal boxes, bushings, axle sleeve, throttle ring and impeller cover parts main materials used 1Ci13Ni9Ti, 316, 316L, ZG20#, C4, CD4MCu steel, monel, titanium alloy C-276, 904L, alloy, heat resistant steel and other material selection for different operating conditions.

transmission mode: direct drive, belt drive, hydraulic Coupler, cardan transmission.

sealing structures: composite mechanical seal, gland packing seals.

Note: If the performance data of the pump is not listed in the table, it could be changed through changing the rotation speed. The performance after changing of rotation speed is calculated as the following equation Flow rate Q/Q=(n/n),Delivery head H/H=(n/n)2,Power of the shaft P/P=(n/n)3 The power and turning speed of matched motor should be decided according to the capacity, delivery head, specific gravity of the medium, linear velocity of the impeller required by the user. The power of the shaft could be corrected by multiplying the power of shaft for clean water and the specific gravity and correction factor of suspension liquid.
